By accessing and using the website at vegasstrongwelding.com (the "Site") and/or engaging Strong Welding Enterprises LLC (doing business as "Vegas Strong Welding," "we," "us," or "our") for welding services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

Vegas Strong Welding offers professional welding, fabrication, and repair services (the "Services") in and around the Nevada area. All services are subject to scheduling, material availability, and a formal quote agreement.

• Requesting a Quote: All service requests begin with a request for a quote, which requires you to provide accurate information regarding the project scope, location, and materials.
• Quote Validity: Quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided and are valid for a limited time of two (2) weeks (14 days), after which they may be subject to review and change.
• Changes in Scope: If the scope of the work changes after the quote has been accepted, we reserve the right to revise the price and require a written change order.
• Payment Terms:
  
  • A 50% deposit is required before scheduling any work to secure the service date and allow for material procurement.
  • Full payment is due immediately upon completion of services. Failure to submit the final payment promptly may result in collection actions.

When using our Site or requesting Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting quotes or communicating with us.
• Ensure the work area is safe, accessible, and cleared of unnecessary debris or hazards prior to the commencement of welding services.
• Obtain any necessary permits, permissions, or approvals required by local government or property owners before we begin work. Vegas Strong Welding is not responsible for securing these permissions unless explicitly agreed upon in the service contract.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the logo, text, graphics, and designs) are and will remain the exclusive property of Strong Welding Enterprises LLC. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Strong Welding Enterprises LLC (Vegas Strong Welding) and its owners, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services or the Site.
2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
3. Any errors or omissions in the service, quote, or information provided.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.

• Service Warranty: We warrant our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. This warranty specifically covers errors on our side, such as welding joint failure or operational breakdowns in fabricated components (e.g., a gate hinge or lock mechanism failing) that are directly attributable to poor execution by our team. This warranty excludes any issues arising from the use of incompatible materials, damage caused by the customer, normal wear and tear, corrosion, or damage caused by misuse or normal use beyond the structural integrity of the weld.
• Disclaimer: The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the information, content, or materials included therein.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without notice. Changes will be posted to this page and will become effective immediately upon the "Last Updated" date being revised. By continuing to access or use our Site or Services after any changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
